Since all figurines from wloxarixphrel are custom-made to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or significantly differs from the approved design.
If you receive a custom 3D printed figurine that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Before production begins, you will receive design previews for approval. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and returns are not accepted based on design preferences.
Refunds for defective or incorrect products will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the custom figurine order.
If a return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part. All returned items must be in original packaging and condition.
